Topco Sales featured The 69 Collection at Adrienne Maloof's Estate for a Pre-Emmy Party with the proceeds benefiting the Noreen Fraser Foundation. The event was organized by The Silver Spoon, a company known for creating the lavish celebrity gifting suites at many awards shows, galas, and high-profile parties. The two day event happened on September 16th and 17th and featured a luncheon, spa services, celebrity gifting and a special Casino Lounge set up with poker and blackjack tables.

I was asked to be the special guest poker dealer, and as a poker player, was thrilled to help out. As the event began, Ron Del Rio, the publicist for Maloof Productions, rushed over and asked me to deal for a photo op at the blackjack table. "Of course," I said, since they appeared to be in a pinch for a dealer. Though I have played blackjack, I never dealt it before. My very first blackjack hand was on-camera and to Phil Maloof, Leeza Gibbons, Kevin Connolly and several other notables...yikes! Imagine my horror when half way through the hand I realized I was dealing backwards!

Free Speech Coalition Prepares For Annual Gala

Invitations have been sent, calendars marked and dozens of adult industry professionals are busy readying themselves for the industry's most exclusive annual party, hosted by the Free Speech Coalition. The event is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles.

In its annual gala event, the Free Speech Coalition recognizes companies and individuals who have made a positive impact on the adult industry. This year's event, called the "Bada-Bing Bailout Bash", will honor Hustler founder and Free Speech advocate, Larry Flynt with its Legacy Award, while famed industry personality, Ron Jeremy and Wicked Pictures contract director, Stormy Daniels will each be presented with Positive Image Awards. Claiming the honor of Man of the Year will be prolific adult director John Stagliano, and Sinclair Institute's Peggy Oettinger will be awarded Woman of the Year. Receiving awards for Businesses of the Year are Novelty Company, The Screaming O; Internet Business, Video Secrets and Production Studio, Titan Media.
